Questions and Answers


1. What does a CAF Member need to provide, for Electrospec to be paid by BGRS?

Provide your 10-digit BGRS Reference Number (e.g. 1234567890) and we will upload your Certificate of Service Received (CSR) when submitting our invoice to BGRS. It’s just that simple!

2. Will CAF Members ever be required to pay Electrospec directly?

There may be scenarios where a CAF Member has already received funds from BGRS to pay for their TPSP services. In these instances, Electrospec will work with the Member and BGRS to ensure appropriate payment is made.

3. What if the inspection costs more than the BGRS schedule?

Electrospec adheres to the negotiated fee schedule in effect at the time of your home inspection. BGRS will be billed for your home inspection at the agreed upon rate, plus the applicable tax (HST in Ontario.)
